Agreement between the customer and Frome Creative Network (FCN):
This website is offered as a service to you, the customer, by FCN. By using this website you agree to the terms and conditions set out below (“terms”). If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use this website.
Description of Products:
Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description and care instructions which may set out additional conditions related to that product including, without limitation, terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery timescales and warranties.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct.
We cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted.
General:
We may change these terms from time to time. However, any changes will not affect existing terms accepted by you when making a purchase through this website.
If any of these terms are found to be invalid by a court or at law then the remainder of these terms shall continue to apply to the extent that they still make sense without the unenforceable terms(s).
The prices quoted on this website and all transactions through this website are priced and executed in pounds sterling. If you choose to pay for your purchase using a foreign credit or debit card, you will be responsible for the exchange rate and you are advised that any refunds may be affected by exchange rate fluctuations.
You acknowledge that you will be financially responsible for any purchases or commissions which are made through the website using your account details and for all reasonable and foreseeable losses which we suffer as a result of your breach of these terms or negligence when using this website (including where you deliberately or negligently let others use your account).
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have authority to use the credit card or billing account details you provide for the purpose of settling any payments you owe to us. You also promise that all information supplied by you in using this website is accurate and that you will not make any speculative, false or fraudulent purchase. You further promise that you will only use the facilities of this website to make reservations or purchases for your self or for another person on whose behalf you are legally entitled to act.
We will use reasonable care and skill to carry out the services contained in this website and do so within a reasonable time, in accordance with these terms. We do not make any other promises and no other promises shall apply without the information, products, and /or services contained on this website.
The purchaser is responsible for all import duties and taxes etc., which may apply now and in the future to goods imported into the country specified in the delivery address.
Contract Cancellation
Please note that you are entitled to cancel your contract to purchase goods if you so wish provided that you exercise your right no longer than seven (7) working days after the day on which you receive the product(s).
Please note that your right to return products does NOT apply to products made to your specification unless they are faulty.
If you purchased online and return the product for a refund, we will do this provided the product and packaging (box) are returned in original and odour-free condition, at your expense, within 10 working days of receipt of the product by you. Otherwise we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to make a charge or refuse a refund. Please note that proof of postage by you is not proof of receipt by us.
If you do not follow the Care Instructions provided with the product, any contract between us is terminated and we will accept no liability.
Security of Data
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
